When would you like your pickup? Customer must be home at the time of pick-up.
For those residing in apartments. Please communicate in the chat your pick-up & delivery preferences. For example: I want my dry cleaning and laundry deliverd to my door.
For those residing in homes. Please communicate in the chat and with driver regarding your delivery preferences. Customer's can request a door hanger for dry cleaning only.
When would you like your delivery? Pick-up and Delivery slots are scheduled in 1 hour blooks
We will not leave dry cleaning and laundry at your door.
How many laundry bags to pickup? The locker will accomodate at least 2 (22 X 28) laundry bags. Please use another locker if your order is above 2 bags. This will prevent locker jamming. Please return bags with your orders

Lockers: Complete the drop-off by placing your items in the assisgned locker.
Lockers automatically close with a gentle hand tap, slamming lockers will damage the doors and prevent closure.
Follow any specific instructions provided when booking delivery services or lockers. (These instructions maybe shown during the booking process.)
Include the last 4-digits of your phone number and press the locker symbol. You will hear two beeps.
Please check to make sure the locker is locked before exiting the locker area.

Alterations: The services we provide are button replacement, small seam repairs, rips and tears at a minimal cost. In the notes section of your order. Please list the items that need replacement or repair.
For more complex alterations we can schedule an appointment for tailoring/seamtress work. There isn't a suggested price for tailoringand alterations. The prices are based on many factors: condition of the garment, time length to repair, services requested to the suggested garment.
